Refund Policy
 

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the ASICJOBS.IN job portal ("Site"), operated by Aruvika Semiconductor Pvt Ltd ("Company"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use the Site.

1. Employer Accounts

Employers who purchase job postings on the Site may request a refund of the job posting fee within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the job posting has not been published on the Site. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the request. 

2. Job Seeker Services

Job seekers who purchase services on the Site, such as resume writing or career coaching, may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the request.

3. Pay-per-Job Postings

The fee for pay-per-job postings is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@asicjobs.in. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

5. Changes to Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
