These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the ASICJOBS.IN job portal ("Site"), operated by Aruvika Semiconductor Pvt Ltd ("Company"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is intended for use by individuals seeking employment and by employers seeking employees. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your use of the Site and for any content that you submit or post on the Site.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create your account and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and mobile devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User-Generated Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Site and the Company's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User-Generated Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to the Company the rights in such User-Generated Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the User-Generated Content nor your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such User-Generated Content nor the Company's use of the User-Generated Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
